Your livestock will be processed in a newly constructed, state-of-the-art, USDA inspected processing plant.
Your product will be processed under the direct supervision of a USDA inspector.
All employees will follow the strict guidelines of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) when processing your product.
A livestock tracking system is utilized to ensure that the meat from the animal you deliver is the same meat you receive in return.
The processing plant is centrally located in New England, which will save time and money and be more environmentally friendly by lowering emissions.
